A Thoughtful thought. Ever wondered
"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. Verily the perfection lies only with Him; and He is One who truly loves".

“Can you rest knowing that you will spend eternity in the lowest level of Jannah, when you had the chance to live amongst the Prophet salla Allahu alayhi wasallam and his companions? Why would anyone want to ‘settle’? When you have the urge to do the bare minimum, always ask yourself, ‘Would the highest people of Jannah do this action?’

“What can my enemies possibly do to me? My paradise is in my heart; wherever I go it goes with me, inseparable from me. For me, prison is a place of (religious) retreat; execution is my opportunity for martyrdom; and exile from my town is but a chance to travel.” — Ibn Taymiyah
“As for killing time, since when is time an enemy that you should strive to kill?! Time is your breath, it is your lifetime and the moments of your life which you could fill with thousands and millions of hasanat. It is sufficient for you to say ‘Subhaan Allaah wa bi hamdihi’ (Glory and praise be to Allah) once, and a palm tree will be planted for you in Paradise, so how many gardens have you failed to plant? How many hasanaat have you lost?”
“Whoever seeks to compete with you in your religion, compete with him. Whoever seeks to compete with you in this world, let him have it.” — Hasan Al-Basri
“May Allah have Mercy on the man who shows me my faults.” — Umar ibn al-Khattab
“Those who have knowledge of Allah agreed, that the sins of seclusion are the reasons for a person’s downfall, and the hidden good deeds are the reasons for steadfastness.”
“The shortest distance between a problem and a successful solution is the distance between your head and the floor (sujood). The one who bows down to Allah can stand up to anything.”

A wise man once sat in the audience & cracked a joke. All laughed like crazy. After a moment he cracked the same joke again and a little less people laughed this time. He cracked the same joke again & again, When there was no laughter in the crowd, he smiled and said "When u can't laugh on the same joke again & again, then why do u keep crying over the same thing over and over again."

I believe in a religion that rewards its believers for simply smiling.

Man is a wonderful creature,He Sees through layers of Fat(eyes), hears through Bones(ears) and speak from a lump of flesh(tongue)
live among people ina a manner that when you die they weep over you and while u r alive they crave for your company.
Resignation to the Will of ALLAH is the cure of the disease of the heart.
The sum total of excellence is knowledge
Riches without faith are the greatest poverty
Those who walk on the surface of the earth shall one day be interred in it.
People are asleep as long as they are alive, they are awakened when they die.
Every arrow does not hit the mark, nor every prayer granted.

If you pray, there's nothing to worry about. And if you're worried, you haven't prayed enough.

The world is three days. As for yesterday, it has vanished along with all that was in it. As for tomorrow, you may never see it. As for today, it is yours, so work on it.

My friends call this the litmus test:
“If you can’t say “bismillah” (out loud or inside) before an action, you most likely shouldn’t be doing it anyway.”
And here's a really wonderful quote i read the other day:
Islam is the University, World is the Classroom, Quran is the Syllabus, Muhammad (peace be upon him) the teacher, and Allah SWT is the examiner. Will You Pass?

Ibn Mas'ud said, "The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, drew lines making a square and then drew a line in the middle which extended beyond it. He drew some small lines up to this middle line from the side within the square and said, 'This is man, and this is end of his lifespan which encircles him - or by which he is encircled - and this which goes beyond it is his hope and these small lines are things that happen. If this one misses him, that one gets him, and if that one misses him, this one gets him.'" [al-Bukhari][/font]

Surah az-Zukhruf,
certainly worth pondering over:
And were it not that all mankind would have become of one community (all disbelievers, desiring worldly life only), We would have provided for those who disbelieve in the Most Beneficent (Allah), silver roofs for their houses, and elevators (and stair-ways, etc. of silver) whereby they ascend,
And for their houses, doors (of silver), and thrones (of silver) on which they could recline,
And adornments of gold.
Yet all this (i.e. the roofs, doors, stairs, elevators, thrones etc. of their houses) would have been nothing but an enjoyment of this world. And the Hereafter with your Lord is only for the Muttaqun.
And whosoever turns away (blinds himself) from the remembrance of the Most Beneficent (Allah) (i.e. this Qur'an and worship of Allah), We appoint for him Shaitan (Satan - devil) to be a Qarin (an intimate companion) to him.
And verily, they (Satans / devils) hinder them from the Path (of Allah), but they think that they are guided aright!
Till, when (such a one) comes to Us, he says [to his Qarin (Satan / devil companion)] "Would that between me and you were the distance of the two easts (or the east and west)" a worst (type of) companion (indeed)!
It will profit you not this Day (O you who turn away from Allah's remembrance and His worship, etc.) as you did wrong, (and) that you will be sharers (you and your Qarin) in the punishment.
Can you (O Muhammad ) make the deaf to hear, or can you guide the blind or him who is in manifest error?
(ayahs 33-40)

Indeed, with the passing of nights and days, your stay on this earth is decreasing, yet your deeds will remain preserved and death will come suddenly.
Whoever sows seeds of goodness will reap a harvest of hope. Whoever sows evil will reap the harvest of misfortune and regret. Indeed, each shall reap of that which he sows.
The one who works slowly shall not be prevented from his share, and the one who works eagerly will not get more than is decreed for him (referring to worldly pursuits).
Any blessing that is received is from Allah and any protection from evil is also from Allah. The ones who fear Allah are the leaders, along with the scholars, and joining their company can only lead to personal benefit.
Ibn Mas’ud (RA)
