Boredom is one big issue that upsets every youngster these days.. have u ever wondered y..?? well there are many reasons..n one amongst them is that v no longer know the difference between living our lives and jus passing our lives.. living a life demands " A REASON"...a purpose strong enough to carry on with this journey of perplexity and tranquility...a desire to taste the sweetness n bitterness of the reality... And we are blessed enough to have Islam which tells us THE reason of life that is above all the other reasons... so dear brothers n sisters what is that one thing that islam brought in ur lives..?? do u want to share ur feelings for islam..what is islam apart from being a religion..??

Islam is the creed that is spoon fed to us from the day we open our eyes in this world (talking of those who are born Muslim).
To me real religion is the one which you delve for, it is the one whose insights are gleaned over the experiences you have in your life. And then you chose the the right path using the conscience that Allah has adorned you with.
But conscience is not always enough as it is the box with limited bounds; sometimes you have to submit to orders without any arguments. As the Creator knows the creation better than anyone.

Islam, to me, is me. Its my identity. I honestly cannot imagine what I'd be or do if I wasn't Muslim. (Alhumdulilah Its too frightening a thought to even contemplate. This quote exactly translates my feelings: "I believe in Islam like I believe in the sun rising, not just because I can see it, but because, by it, I see everything."

@ummati give your comments about the person who is born in a non-muslim family. What is his/her status?
No doubt we are blessed with the biggest of all blessings. But is it okay to believe blindly? like we do (blindly following our ancestors); or should we assess it using our conscience?

"But is it okay to believe blindly? like we do (blindly following our ancestors)"No doubt our being born in a Muslim family gifted us the blessing of Islam, Alhumdulilah, but our steadfastness on this path is backed by reason and logic, and we remain here because we choose to. (All Praises belong to Allah for guiding us and keeping us firm on the Straight Path).
For any and everybody, Islam is freedom. Liberation from being slaves to desires, to people, to ideologies- and instead being bound to one Allah.
It is like this. When you leave behind sin and depravity, you are jumping into a pool filled with the boundless Mercy of Allah. When you do so, you cut ALL bounds holding you back. You don't hesitate, you don't look back. Swimming in the ocean of His Mercy, you are answerable to only and only Him. You love Him and for Him, and you fear Him alone.
Islam brings simplicity and beauty into every aspect of your life. It frees you from the judgment of people and from being self-conscious when people regard you with raised eyebrows, under-the-breath snickers and scornful looks when you leave a gathering of sin, or you adorn the uniform of a Muslim.
''to the non-muslim.."
In every field of life, we look for the best, wanting to reach to the summit of ultimate excellence.
Islam is inviting you to the best. To the most perfect, most complete, all-embracing way of life. We know this, not because our ancestors drilled it into our heads.. we know it because we live it. Excellence is not easy to achieve, its hard-earned but so very worthy. We are no where there yet, have simply taken a step with Iman in our hearts and the Kalima on our lips.. and already we recognise, we believe:
There's nothing better.
100% Guaranteed

Allah tells in the Quran that He made all of His creation for man to look at, to marvel, and therefore,to contemplate Allah's Greatness.Fine, somebody is born a nonmuslim, but doesn't he see how the sun comes up every single day?or the millions and millions of stars and galaxies that light up the sky at night?Man himself is nothing short of a walking talking miracle..point being,Allah has given every 1 of us the ability to reach Him..u just have to start thinking!!and being born a Muslim has no meaning until and unless we submit wholeheartedly to Allah's Will. And,also unless we embrace the trueness of our religion, the ABSOLUTENESS of it.. That is my humble opinion:p

“I am so very glad that I am a Muslim. Islam is my life. Islam is the beat of my heart. Islam is the blood that courses through my veins. Islam is my strength. Islam is my life so wonderful and beautiful. Without Islam I am nothing, and should Allah ever turn His magnificent face from me, I could not survive.”

Really, ask yourself: what IS Islam to me?
The uncle of Rasul Allah sallalahu alayhi wassalam, Abu Talib, had a special status. The Prophet tried and tried to attract him until the last moments of his life. While he was dying, the Prophet went to see him and said: ‘O uncle, say “there is no god but Allah” and I’ll be your witness on the Day of Judgment’. Abu Talib replied: ‘If I knew Quraish would not use it to call me names and say I did it out of cowardice, I would certainly have made you happy with it.’
Abu Talib died non-Muslim. He died saying that he had the faith of Abd al-Muttalib. Yet in spite of his death as a non-Muslim, the Muslims acknowledge his great services. All biographers pay tribute to him for his good role. Even the Koran talked about the Prophet’s special love for him, a love not based on religion, and said: ‘You will not guide whom you love. But Allah Guides those whom He wills’.
Allah SWT Chose to Guide ME and YOU.
Do we truly appreciate what we've got?
