Sometimes we hear/read something that so profoundly touches our heart, something someone said to us, or a saying we read on someone's blog or a website.. A verse of the Quran, an expression of the Prophet SAW, a story, an anecdote, a time-weathered adage.. It just strikes us. Or makes us wonder, and reflect. Sit in amazement and humility. Something poignant. Something sweet. Something wonderful. Let's set alight hearts with the fire of the love of Allah . Attachments:

I just LOVE this quote: <3 What does a good slave say? He says, “Yes, Master.” Most of us are not good slaves to Allah. We are told to do something, and we ask, “Why?” Instead, our attitude should be, “You say: ‘Jump,’ I say: ‘How high?’Reference: www.igotitcovered.org/

Hazrat Ali (R.A.A) said: There are people who obey Allah to gain his favours, they act like businessmen. There are people who obey Him to keep themselves free from his wrath, they act as slaves. But there are people who obey Allah out of their sense of gratitude & obligation. They act as gentlemen & noblemen.

Blessings are for the man who humbles himself before Allah, whose sources of income are honest, whose intentions are honorable, whose character is noble, who controls himself from useless talk, backbiting & acrimonious disposition, who gives his wealth in the cause of Allah, who abstains from tyranny & oppression & who faithfully follows the Divine Path.

“All humans are dead except those who have knowledge. And all those who have knowledge are asleep, except those who do good deeds. And those who do good deeds are deceived, except those who are sincere. And those who are sincere are always in a state of worry.”

I have prepared for My righteous servants what no eye has seen and no ear has heard, nor has it occurred to human heart. Thus recite if you wish: "And no soul knows what joy for them (the inhabitants of Paradise) has been kept hidden." (Quran 32:17)
Hadith Qudsi:
I am as My servant thinks I am. I am with him when he makes mention of Me. If he makes mention of me to himself, I make mention of him to Myself; and if he makes mention of Me in an assembly, I make mention of him in an assemble better than it. And if he draws near to Me an arm's length, I draw near to him a fathom's length. And if he comes to Me walking, I go to him at speed.
In Surah Saffat:
58. (Allah informs about that true believer that he said): "Are we then not to die (any more)?
59. "Except our first death, and we shall not be punished? (after we have entered Paradise)."
60. Truly, this is the supreme success!
61. For the like of this let the workers work.
In Surah Fajr:
27. (It will be said to the pious): "O (you) the one in (complete) rest and satisfaction!
28. "Come back to your Lord, Well-pleased (yourself) and well-pleasing unto Him!
29. "Enter you, then, among My honoured slaves,
30. "And enter you My Paradise!" <3 <3

As an ornament do they adorn me, Yet they keep me and sometimes kiss me. In their celebrations they recite me, In disputes they swear by me, On shelves do they securely keep me Till another celebration or dispute, When they need me.
Yes, they read me and memorize me, Yet only an ornament am I.. My message lies neglected, My treasure untouched, The field lies bare, where blossomed once true glory. Wrong is the treatment I receive So much to give I, but none is there to perceive.

Umar R.A. said,
“These hands of yours must be employed to obey Allah before they employ you to disobey Him.”

From Surah Tauba..
90. And those who made excuses from the bedouins came (to you, O Prophet) asking your permission to exempt them (from the battle), and those who had lied to Allah and His Messenger sat at home (without asking the permission for it); a painful torment will seize those of them who disbelieve.
91. There is no blame on those who are weak or ill or who find no resources to spend, if they are sincere and true to Allah and His Messenger. No ground (of complaint) can there be against the Muhsinun. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
92. Nor (is there blame) on those who came to you to be provided with mounts, and when you said: "I can find no mounts for you," they turned back, while their eyes overflowing with tears of grief that they could not find anything to spend (for Jihad).
From Surah Muminun..
60. And those who give that (their charity) which they give (and also do other good deeds) with their hearts full of fear (whether their alms and charities, etc., have been accepted or not), because they are sure to return to their Lord (for reckoning).
61. It is these who race for the good deeds, and they are foremost in them [e.g. offering the compulsory Salat (prayers) in their (early) stated, fixed times and so on].
Subhan Allah!

Narrated AbuMalik al-Ash'ari:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Cleanliness is half of faith and Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah) fills the scale, and SubhanAllah (Glory be to Allah) and Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah) fill up what is between the heavens and the earth, and prayer is a light, and charity is proof (of one's faith) and endurance is a brightness and the Qur'an is a proof on your behalf or against you. All men go out early in the morning and sell themselves, thereby setting themselves free or destroying themselves. (Sahih Muslim)

(ayat 42- 62)42. And that (ultimately all) have to return to your Lord; 43. And that He is the One Who makes one laugh (granting delight) and makes one weep (granting grief); 44. And that He is the One Who causes death and gives life. 45. And that He is the One Who has created the two genders, male and female, 46. Out of a (sperm) drop when it is ejaculated (into the mother’s womb); 47. And that it is upon Him alone to raise up alive (also after death); 48. And that He is the One Who makes self-sufficient (by providing according to needs) and He is the One Who enriches treasures (by giving surplus to the needs); 49. And that He alone is the Lord of Sirius (a star that was worshipped in the days of ignorance); 50. And that He is the One Who destroyed the first (people of) ‘Ad, 51. And (the people of) Thamud (as well). Then he did not spare (anyone of them) to survive. 52. And before that He destroyed the people of Nuh (Noah as well). Surely they were extremely wicked and exceedingly defiant. 53. And He is the One Who (raised up) the overturned towns (of the people of Lut [Lot]) and smashed them down. 54. Then that covered them which did cover (i.e. the stones were rained on them). 55. So, (O man,) which of the favours of your Lord will you doubt? 56. This (Holy Prophet [blessings and peace be upon him]) is also a Warner of the Warners of old. 57. The imminent (Hour of Judgment) has drawn near. 58. No one except Allah can bring it forth (and establish). 59. So do you wonder at this Revelation? 60. And do you laugh and not weep, 61. While you are busy playing a game (of negligence)? 62. So prostrate yourselves before Allah and worship (Him). SUBHAN ALLAH
